Introducing Katherine – Our New AI Assistant!

We’re excited to introduce Katherine, our new telephone AI assistant, designed to make your experience with us more efficient and streamlined. Starting from 20th February, you will have the option to use Katherine when you call the practice.
During this trial phase, we are initially testing this feature with a small number of calls, but we plan to gradually expand it to benefit all our patients.
How it Works:
- Step 1: Katherine will ask you a series of questions to gather the necessary information about your clinical or non-clinical needs.
- Step 2: Once you’ve provided your details, Katherine will send your request through to our Klinik team.
- Step 3: Our team will review your information and get back to you within 48 hours with the appropriate next steps.
Whether your request is related to a clinical issue or a non-clinical matter, Katherine will ensure that your information is directed to the right team for a prompt response.
