Wonderful practice

The practice has always provided an excellent service to my family. We have been at the practice for 15 years and the staff always do their best to help us. Today was no exception when Bobo, the trainee nurse spotted something unusual that required immediate attention. I am very grateful for her thorough assessment, help and kindness; and the the swift action of the whole team. Thank you.

E consult has changed the experience!

I have never had a good experience with this surgery until e consult. This service is making it much easier and more convenient to get assistance and should be continued.

Fantastic and Friendly Staff

Wonderful service provided for me and my 3 month old son over the past 3 days. We had to come to the surgery for his 12 week jabs. The nurse was so wonderful and kind, patiently telling me how to put on my PPE on correctly and we so helpful as I struggled with getting my son out of the car seat and forgetting my red book in the car. Her kindness was so greatly appreciated. Also today the GP I spoke to was so helpful and thorough as we discussed my concerns about my son's health. His thoughtfulness and clarity have made me feel so much better.

Excellent GP practice

This is an excellent practice. I have never had problems with getting an appointment. The doctors are experienced, committed practicians and willing to devote more of their their allocated time to patients. The front line staff have improved enormously and are now very helpful and kind. Considering government cut backs, lack of medics in our country, great surge in patients and the resulting pressures on GPs, we are lucky to have a surgery that is performing so well.
